CAREER INSPIRATION:

"I was inspired to pursue a career at Fowler Engineering as an Administrative Coordinator because I am passionate about science, enjoy the environment in Swenson Hall, and love planning and organizing events that support the success of our students, faculty, and families."

WHAT DRIVES HER:

"What motivates me most is challenging myself to grow in my role and prove that I can handle whatever comes my way, while also setting a positive example and inspiring the next generation of young women to believe they can succeed too."

CHALLENGE OVERCOME:

"One challenge I have faced in my career is being naturally introverted, which has required me to step outside my comfort zone and build confidence in sharing my ideas and collaborating with others, helping me become more comfortable in discussions and understanding that my views are valuable."

CURRENT ROLE:

"In my current role, I help manage the course schedule, create permission numbers for students, plan and organize events, coordinate meeting details for our team, and support faculty, students, and staff to make sure everything runs smoothly."

WHAT SHE LOVES ABOUT CHAPMAN:

"I appreciate that we are a smaller campus because it creates a more personal and welcoming environment where students can build relationships with their professors, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a community that works hard to make Chapman a great place while continuing to support its growth."
